Job Description

The Successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of the chemical feed systems feed systems and required process control testing and analysis; filling of day tanks; calibration of chemical feed pumps, including checking chemical feeds at outlying stations that may be required.  Other duties involve managing pumping and filter operations including filter washing and an additional filter treatment that may be required.  Duties will also include routine maintenance and housekeeping depending on actual working assignment and any other duties assigned by management.

Rotating *Note this position will involve relief duties as assigned by management*
 

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong work ethic, time management, communication, and organizational and team membership skills.  
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good mechanical skills.  
  • Valid Class C drivers’ license required.  
  • Position requires the ability to lift 75lbs.  
  • Computer literacy required.
     

Experience/Education

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years in water industry.
     

Certifications & Licenses

  • Class C required after 2 years in position; Class A required after 4 years in position.  
  • Class C driver’s license and D.O.T. medical card required within 30 days of being awarded position.
