Key Accountabilities
- Gain an understanding of the goals, scope and benefits of a large-scale business and technology transformation program.
- Collaborate with professionals to provide administrative, analytical, and technical support in the development of the program’s business case.
Key Tasks:
- Support value realization office staff.
- Assist with the completion and validation of value mapping (Value Trees) - Map Roadmap Projects to value levers, drivers, and KPIs.
- Align on value quantification formulas – Assist in developing the quantification formulas to determine financial value and strategic value impacts
- Support quantifying “As-Is” and “To Be” KPI Values - Align on current state (“As-Is”) and future state (“To-Be”) KPI values for Projects.

- Detail-Oriented: Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations, and implement timely decisions and recommendations.
- Independent Worker: Manage time across multiple projects and deadlines.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Good working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, databases, and software.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated organizational and administrative abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience/Education
- Enrollment in an Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or MIS undergraduate degree program or a relevant program from an accredited school.
- Minimum of 2 years of completed coursework.
Other
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a background check.
