Key Accountabilities
- Gain firsthand experience in how water utilities support communities and ensure sustainability.
- Collaborate with professionals to provide administrative, analytical, and technical support for daily operations.
Key Tasks:
- Support project coordination efforts, including onboarding, offboarding, meeting logistics, distribution list maintenance, and system access requests
- Coordinate with the Integrated Operations Center on password resets and user access/system issues
- Assist in preparing and reviewing Financial reports, cost estimates, and budgets.
- Enter data, transact data and perform financial analysis.
- Prepare, analyze, and evaluate reports on various items including budgets, capital expenditures, and operating expenditures

- Detail-Oriented: Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations, and implement timely decisions and recommendations.
- Independent Worker: Manage time across multiple projects and deadlines.

- Technical Proficiency: Good working knowledge of computer programs, databases, and software.

Experience/Education
- Enrollment in an Finance, or Business undergraduate degree program or a relevant program from an accredited school.
- Minimum of 2 years of completed coursework.
Other
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a background check.
