Job Information
Salary Range: $101,490 - $130,380
The base salary range represents a good faith salary range for this position. This position is eligible for annual incentive pay and has the opportunity for continued salary growth. If you are hired at American Water your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as market, geography, skills, education and/or experience. Primary Role
This role will work on a team responsible for strategy and design of the Office 365 GCC environment within the Information Technology team, supporting the digital infrastructure of the company. This team member will maintain American Water’s Office 365 GCC environment and expand the use of available Office 365 applications within American Water’s enterprise.

Technical Skills
• Administer and support the Office 365 GCC suite configurations and policies
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Office 365 platforms
• Provide subject matter expertise and support of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
• Service Health monitoring using Office 365 console and actively respond based on system alerts and notification
• Provide support and guidance of new Office 365 features and functionality (Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Groups, Planner, PowerApps, etc.)
Knowledge/Skills
• Experience with PowerShell for managing on-premises and O365 environment
• Familiar with application monitoring tools, reviewing log files, and be available on occasion for off hours emergency support for critical applications
• Knowledge of Office365 licensing, features, and policy management.
• Good understanding of the Microsoft O365 roadmaps and future changes for productivity tools
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Must be well versed on general infrastructure technology and have an understanding of public and private cloud concepts such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Desktop as a Service (DaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
• Experience deploying and maintaining Azure Virtual Desktops
• InTune management experience preferred
Work Experience
• Experience managing enterprise level o365 account
• SharePoint development experience a plus
• Deployment of Power Apps a plus
• Annual Microsoft True Up and EA renewals
