Key Accountabilities

  • Gain firsthand experience in the full spectrum of business development activities, including acquisition strategy, research, and integration planning.
  • Support the BD team in organizing and maintaining SharePoint documentation for improved efficiency and accessibility.
  • Assist in compiling and organizing testimony and regulatory documentation related to acquisitions.
  • Help develop and maintain a public-facing database of affirmative acquisition references to support future growth initiatives.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to support a wide variety of items including acquisition evaluations and strategic planning.
  • Assist with databases and other reporting tools to compile, calculate, track, and report data pertaining to various processes.

  • Analytical Skills: Effective problem solving and ability to conduct research, analyze data, and present findings clearly.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage documentation and support project workflows.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and database tools.
  • Independent Worker: Ability to manage time across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative: Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Experience/Education

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of completed coursework.

Other

  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
